·         Standard shipping timelines are up to 10 working days for retail customers, depending on the destination.

·         For B2B orders, delivery may take up to 25 working days, subject to stock availability.

·         Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as Alfa Visions is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

6. Returns and Refunds

·         If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team immediately for assistance.

7. Warranties

·         Televisions, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, and Coolers: Covered by a 12-month on-site warranty for any defect, excluding physical damage, water damage, or fire damage.

·         Speakers: Warranty covers 12 months for the product and 6 months for batteries and accessories.

·         Warranty claims require product registration with the brand's customer care team. Customers must deliver the product to the nearest service centre for repairs or replacements.

8. Limitation of Liability

·         Alfa Visions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

·         Alfa Visions is not liable for damages arising from misuse of products or third-party services.
